Young adulthood is typically
the time in someone’s life
where they make the most
formative life decisions. The
pressure is real! Although
someone is just entering
adulthood they are expected
to decide what they are
going to do for a career,
whether they will go to college, where they will live, who they will spend time with, who they will date/marry, if and when they want to have children…These are very big decisions and it can be completely overwhelming.
We love to help young adults as they navigate this decision-making. We love providing a safe, objective space where they can process their values, passions, and concerns.
Coaching can be a great fit for people who are looking for support with issues like decision-making, navigating change, and relationship concerns.
I enjoy providing coaching to people because it gives me the opportunity to provide support to those who live outside of the states where I am licensed to provide therapy (anyone outside of Oregon and Texas). Although I cannot provide treatment for mental health issues like anxiety and depression when providing coaching (that can only be done in therapy), I help people navigate many life issues.
